I am trained in nutrition and a member of the Royal Society for Public Health. With a lifetime interest in how our bodies and minds work combined with a passion to use real food to optimise both, I hold a certificate in coaching from Henley Business School as well as two related degrees. I choose to specialise in the nexus between nutrition and behaviour and am evidence-led. I am bound by the RSPH code of conduct. Perceptive Nutrition has full public liability insurance.
Because we all have different drivers I only create personalised plans; no two consultations will be exactly alike. My typical approach is to understand the nutrition, health, lifestyle, environmental and behavioural complexities that drive us to provide a blend of advice, support, mealplans, targeted nutrition and coaching. My approach is evidence based and I aim to give you the tools and mindset to help you take back control.
