Our relationship starts with a voice or video call of around 15-30 minutes to get to know you and gain insight into the issues you are facing. There is no charge for this initial conversation and it helps know how best to help.

I deliver evidence-based nutrition workshops to community groups, charities and voluntary organisations. Sessions are interactive, practical, and designed to empower people with knowledge.
