Our relationship starts with a voice or video call of around 15-30 minutes to get to know you and gain insight into the issues you are facing. There is no charge for this but it helps form a picture of how to help.
You may have underlying medical conditions, the menopause or have food intolerances. You may have no time or interest to cook. You may have young children. You may have put on weight and you cannot lose it no matter how hard you try.
What happens from there is highly individualised. If you wish to go further it may mean further discussions, completing a food diary, getting help with meal plans or weight loss or all of these. Whatever the plan, the fees and the approach will be clear to you with no hidden cost.
Do I have to pay upfront?
No, there is a free 15-30 minute consultation with you to better understand how to help. You receive those with the fees and you can decide what you wish to do.
What if I cannot make a session?
Typically you can reschedule as this happens to all of us from time to time. Where the cancellation is within 24 hours of the session Perceptive Nutrition reserves the right to charge a fee.
What personal data do you hold?
Should you wish to become a client you give permission to hold your information. That information is no more than is needed to provide appropriate advice and guidance. Your personal data is not shared. Please see the privacy policy for more information.

Absolutely, it is difficult it is to get evidence based information to help you eat for optimum health.
